YOGA in Vancouver

The following are available at the clinic with registered physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Katrina Sovio:

  • Yoga-based physiotherapy involving a comprehensive physiotherapy examination and the development of a yoga program that will address your specific injury needs.
  • Private one-one yoga sessions are available outside of our clinic hours on evenings and weekends.
  • Private yoga classes for up to 6 people are also available outside of clinic hours.

Rates depend on the length of sessions and your specific needs and goals.
