- Yoga-based physiotherapy involving a comprehensive physiotherapy examination and the development of a yoga program that will address your specific injury needs.
- Private one-one yoga sessions are available outside of our clinic hours on evenings and weekends.
- Private yoga classes for up to 6 people are also available outside of clinic hours.
Rates depend on the length of sessions and your specific needs and goals.
